Los Angeles Chargers rookie Mike Williams has been shut down for the remainder of offseason workouts with a mild disk herniation. Depending on how long it takes for Williams to recover, he might end up on the physically unable to perform list in late July. This could potentially be the start of a disappointing rookie season for the No. 7 pick who is behind the developmental curve, according to coach Anthony Lynn. The big-bodied wide-out, who was heavily sought after and was brought in by Los Angeles to be a scary 1-2 punch with Keenan Allen, could potentially start the season as the No. 3 or 4 receiver behind speedster Dontrelle Inman and Tyrell Williams.
